The family has been in the cashew business since 1958. Alphonsa Cashew Industries was established as an independent business in 1986 by Babu Oommen under the patronage of his father and founder of the family business, Oommen Geevarghese. Alphonsa’s heritage in the cashew industry is rooted in a long tradition of trust and confidence.
