2) Information entered by you will be screened for the next process of Vendor Registration. Please enter the most accurate information. Your information will be stored in our database and will not be shared with any other organisation.
3) Alphonsa Cashew Industries may request supporting documentation of all the information entered in this form.
4) Please note: if your firm is already an existing vendor in our system, it is not necessary to register here. If you are unsure, after registering you will be notified if your firm already exists in our system.
5) Alphonsa Cashew Industries employees are prohibited from completing the Vendor Registration Form on behalf of the vendor/individual.
