Further to our advisories last month where we informed you about the Government of India’s decision to lockdown the country, we would like to inform you that Government of India has decided to extend the current lockdown until May 3 in the interest of the safety of people and community.
We are bound by the decision and in the interest of the safety of our employees and the community, we will continue the current shut down of our entire operations.
This extension of lockdown is bound to create major disruption to our business operations. As a result, all contracts will be postponed indefinitely until the Government lifts the lockdown. As of now we are unsure about when this lockdown will be lifted as the Government is reviewing the shutdown periodically. We hope you will bear with us at this challenging times.

Government of Kerala has marked regions where our Processing Facilities are located as Red Zone thereby prohibiting all factory activities until further notice. Therefore, we are shutting down all factories in Kerala with immediate effect to help contain the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 and in the interest of the safety and wellbeing of our people.
