We are pleased to inform our stakeholders that as per Order No. 40-3/2020-DM-I(A) issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, all cashew processing, packaging and marketing activities can be resumed with effect from 20th April 2020. We expect the Government of Kerala and Tamil Nadu (where our processing facilities are located) to issue notification soon ratifying this order and implementing it in their respective states.
As per the MHA order, we will be restarting our business operations from 20th April 2020. However, the order stipulate that only 50% of the workforce can be employed and as a result, our production capacity will be halved until the Government of India lifts the workforce restriction.

Government of Kerala has marked regions where our Processing Facilities are located as Red Zone thereby prohibiting all factory activities until further notice. Therefore, we are shutting down all factories in Kerala with immediate effect to help contain the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 and in the interest of the safety and wellbeing of our people.
As the cases of COVID-19 increases in the location where our processing facilities are located, we are initiating voluntary staggered production process in the interest of the safety and wellbeing of our people and the wider community where we operate.
